Unique Living Situation - 3/29/2009
We have a unique living situation here in lovely Katonah, NY...home to the likes of Martha Stewart, Tommy Hilfiger, and other wealthy people. We live on a boarding school campus in a dorm apartment. My husband is a school teacher and I consult for the school. Although it is a great area to live, I have little in common with my neighbors...and we could probably not afford to live here if we did not live on campus (the apartment is a part of my husbands employment contract). So...we are looking for a new community...two criteria...mild year-round weather and a good education system. One of our daughters has DS and we need to have a good support network for her where we relocate. Any advice would be welcome! MC[read more...] |
