Rogers County lies in northeastern Oklahoma and it was formed as part of statehood - 17th May 1907 - when Claremore became established as its county seat although larger cities like Owasso also exist within its 1200 km² (464 sq mi) area. In 2019 an estimated 87 001 residents called Rogers home according to figures taken by the United States Census Bureau estimates; making it one of the more densely populated counties found operating within Oklahomas's boundaries.
