ground zero for housing crash
Oviedo is a nice, safe community with excellent public schools (Seminole county.) There is a nice mix of ages, ethnic groups and income levels, which is great. This is a great place to raise a family.
Borders the huge UCF campus, and near research parks. About an hour from Disney, space center and beaches.
Horrendous crash in housing prices from mid-2000s. Cut in half, foreclosures are everywhere.
