I have worked in Hartford since 2003 and lived here since 2004. The city has seen rapid development and is earnestly trying to lure people back with upscale condominiums and fine dining. It's a city that is still on an upswing, and many seemingly fine establishments face an uphill battle. WHY THIS IS ABUSIVE:
