re: Pleasure in Parkland - 5/8/2007 Unfortunately, the beauty that used to showcase the entrance into Parkland has been sullied by a 24/7 rip through the forests just for the greed of Walmart. Bus stops have been added to allow beggars to haunt the corners of our once clean streets. Parkland is no longer as safe and remote and we loved it to be. They also put in a BJ's and pretty much ruined all 4 corners of 441 and HIllsboro. The powers that be have let in businesses, which weren't allowed years ago. Don't bother with Parkland anymore. It's gone downhill in a most unflattering way.
