Yucca Valley is located about 30 minutes North of Palm Springs, CA. The cost of housing here is substantially lower than in Palm Springs. During the summer months, the average temp is approximately 20 degrees cooler, but we still enjoy very low humidity. This keeps the cost of cooling homes very low. We are at an altitude of 3500 ft above sea level, so there are great mountain views. Driving times to Las Vegas, San Diego, Disneyland, or Magic Mountain are all about 3 hours.
