re: Where tie-dye and coveralls live in harmony - Posted On: 8/6/2010 4:00:08 PM

Sounds interesting and certainly creative on an individual, self seeking mastery of an art. But, hardly very productive! I'm looking for a comunity which puts it's efforts in creating things needed to survive, to eat, to plant etc. When I reach the point of having these things, then I'll try jewelry making and art. Oh! BTW, how do the people relate to each other?

I've been looking for property in both southern Va and WV. It's amazing and, very disappointing to read of rural, seemingly desirable sites in both states with high crime rates. I notice that many of these spots have low percentages of religious people and fewer with lower grade completion in education. Don't go by pictures or a simple driveby. You need to look at street corners and the night scene. Some of these places seem to be as bad as the big city I'm trying to leave.

health Posted On: 6/1/2010 6:23:42 PM

I'm always suspect when I see a high number of health personel or, in the case of Valley Bend a number almost the national average....very unusual ! Anyone know why ? Thanks !
