I am 47 yrs old married with one adult child. We live in rural Fond du Lac County. We have lived in the City of Fond du Lac and rural County for 37 yrs I have worked in retail for the past 30yrs with the same company (through two sellouts) and continue to do so.
We have a Llapso Apso dog, a calico cat, and unending woodland criters passing through.
I beleive in God, Jesus, and the Ten Commandments as the basis to all mankind.
I'm not interested in greed, selfishness, inflated egos, or mean, rude people. I beleive in brotherly Peace and that the meek will inherit the Earth. Live long, love strong, and take care of those who can't take care of themselves.

Fond du Lac County is an excellent place to live and raise a family especially if you are looking for a smaller unsophisicated city and great county to live in. If offers very good education opportunities on all levels. Excellent shopping value, however. without large Mall access. On the good side of that it is nearly centrally located between Green Bay and Milwaukee (55-70 miles) with Madison about 70 miles southwest, allowing access to unending entertainment and sporting events.
Fond du Lac boasts a beautiful 400 acre Park on it's north side and at the southern end of Lake Winnebago, that stretches fron Fond du Lac to Appleton. that a reason to love the city alone. Fond du Lac has held a Tree City USA title for 20 plus years giving special attention to the trees and the land they grow on. There are excellent medical, elderly care, hospice,and human service facilities with world class humanitarian care givers.
Fond du Lac County has a large Fairground with an excellent annual Fair with big name headliner mainstage music talent acts for four of the seven days it runs. The grounds also has a outdoor pool with waterpark activities. Fond du lac has a historical Galloway House and village taking one back to the 1800's. There is this and so much more. I cannot think of anywhere else I would like to live without missing home in Fond du Lac County.
