There is some type of crime everywhere. I do understand concern with safety and quality of life. I have lived in and know of "nice" heighborhoods where there were wealthy, educated, employed folks AND crime (drugs being sold, gangs, problen in schools...). Problems in these communities are handled differently

This is NOT true for all areas of Norcross. There are three different Norcross zip codes. Households range from affluent to low income. This view by Sparkles sounds somewhat racist. What is wrong with having students in schools who speak other languages. What have you done to help the community? By the way, thanks for acknowledging that SOME of the people are nice.
