Fishing in Ludington -
1/8/2008Is awesome. I love salmon fishing there. During the summer months there will be thousands of people from Ludington all the way to Frankfort and everyone usually leaves VERY happy with many limits of salmon in the boat!

11/29/2007Do they still do that technique where the car-jackers keep tapping your bumper, and then you're suppose to get out of your car and argue and then WHAM lights out, There goes your car.

Mount Pleasant, MI
people of Mount Pleasant -
10/30/2007Think that because fast food chains and big box stores are moving in, that means they're getting to be a big time city. All that does is deface a cities character and makes it less appealling. Everybody in our state is gearing towards quicker, cheaper, and low quality types of foods and goods and it's sickening. If you want to see a real "booming" town go to Grand Rapids where new high-rise condo's/hotels, doctor offices/ hospitals, and colleges are being developed on every block just about (except for SE G.R.) A city on the same population scale of MP you would have to look at Traverse City to find a real booming town for a city population of 15,000.

Cadillac is the best place to live -
4/1/2007In my opinion Cadillac, MI is one of the best places to live in Michigan these days. We are the largest manufacturing city in northern michigan, including the U.P. that is still holding strong. There are weekly posts of 100 jobs or more at Michigan works and other staffing agencies here. We have some of the best fishing in the state. We have Baker College and a branch of Northwest Michigan College. We have one of the state's biggest and fastest growing universities a half hour south of us in Big Rapids. We have a HUGE metroplis area an hour south of us in Grand Rapids (approx 1.5 million population area) and we also have the ever fast growing and beautiful Grand Traverse area just a short 40 miles up the road. Seriously Cadillac is the best place to live in Michigan now-a-days.
