I am looking for a state to move with reasonable housing prices, cost of living, quality of life, good schools, educated people, and not full of rednecks (racist) . I am looking to buy a Duplex, tri-plex's or investment properties to live in while I find work (MBA) and located in a good neighborhood. Is there a state that anyone knows that give a minority a chance to excel in corporate America or where there is less discrimination?
