12/20/2014We can't decide if we should buy in Novato or Santa Rosa. Napa is ideal; can't find property with what we want without building and going to 1.4 mil to meet our needs. Everyone in Napa says, "What do you want in Santa Rosa? there's nothing!) On the other hand, Novato is Marin County, although people don't rave about Novato. Found a perfect home on mountain in Santa Rosa but afraid it might not be the right town to live in after Napa,,, where we rent now. Do not care about anything but the elegance and highest quality of living and home values..... which is what a couple from New York realizes are really most important...(no children)??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
