Asside from the sales tax, Ft Smith is one of the least expensive cities to live. Great to raise children to. Offers a little of all that is needed to live a good life, with out the hassles of the big city. If you want schools university movies resteurants airport mall good libraries hospitals golf and casinos near by camping and fishing. If your looking for extra night life
Fayetteville is only 45 minutes away.

Considering a move to Austin, We have two boys and one income. My wife and I
would like a diverse city with good schools and culture. Our boys play competitive baseball ages 9 and 12. We also need to make friends, is the city friendly? Need to find good affordable neighborhood that is kid friendly.
