Left Arizona for Georgia -
3/25/2007Long, boring, tiring drive to Georgia from Arizona; but worth it! Friendlier people, great weather with seasons, and reasonable housing. The humidity softens my skin. I know my neighbors. Rivers and lakes everywhere. No dust storms, and beautiful rain. Driving distance to many more states, not to mention the history here. Atlanta is a real city...a true city culture. Woodstock is farther north in the hills, but close to Atlanta; best of both worlds!
