1/14/2013i moved from down south to Boston and never encountered such a racist, ethnically fragmented, bigoted place in my life. It's just all underground. And the cops are practically nazis. So I wouldn't lecture anyone about the merits of the north vs. the south.

1/14/2013live and learn. i thought leaving the cold, wet falls and hot, humid summers of Boston behind me and moving to dry Colorado sunshine would be the answer for me, but it turns out to be way too cold. I did live all around Florida for 20 years and have to say it really depends on WHERE you live.
