Metamora township, MI
Beautiful farm country -
4/1/2010This is a beautiful area to live in. There are rolling hills and lakes all around. In addition, there are two very well known outdoor recreation areas within a 10 minute drive from Metamora Township. The township is also close to Oxford, Michigan, which is quaint and bristling with life.

1/25/2010The people in this town are very closed minded. This is not a progressive town. Trust me, I know, I have lived here for almost 11 years, unfortunately.
The majority of the people here are life long residents that still live in the era of Orville Hubbard. They do not want change and they are not nice people.
For example, if you take your puppy for a walk in this town, most people frown and scowl at you and the senior citizens are the worst.
If you would like to live in a town where the people are friendly and open minded, Dearborn is not the place to be.

1/25/2010If you are considering moving to Dearborn, Michigan and would like to have a good place to walk your dog, consider moving to another city. Dearborn, Michigan has 43 parks and none of them allow dogs.
