10/9/2008Bellevue, Mt Juliet, Hendersonville and Belle Meade (if you can afford it) are all great family areas. Just compare the employment rate of Cincy to Nashville. A lot of growth here. I spent 5 months trying to find a decent job up north. Took me 2 weeks in Nashville.

10/9/2008Ya, he's angry but he also came to Nashville during the hottest summer on record. I also came from Tampa/St. Pete and the people in Nashville are much friendlier. Downtown Nashville is alive where Tampa/St. Pete is dead after 6pm. Nashville's housing hasn't tanked like Tampa/St. Pete. I can't see how he thinks Nashville's developments are overpriced after leaving Tampa/St. Pete's housing bubble (I made quite a nice profit before the buble burst down there). His only points may be the Conservatives and 50's architecture. Oh, and why doesn't Nashville has as many "venues" then Tampa/St. Pete...the musicians live here, duh.

10/9/2008Need I say more. The crime and cost of living are directly related to poverty levels. I've been to Memphis and do not relish the time there. But, I would visit Graceland again.
