You obviously dont live in Beaumont, you live in Redlands, so I dont know how you are such an expert on Beaumont. Yeah there are new homes now sitting vacant, and do tell where are the nice restaurants? what is here for kids and family life?

Not enough police for all the new people moving to Beaumont. City council & planning don't know what they are doing. Took a good quiet town, turned it into a over crowed zoo.
