Village of Rockville Centre has a very good diversity in housing. You can many types of houses... capes, ranches, splits, colonials, and tudors. The village is especially known for having well maintained original Levitt Tudor homes. Properties, while generally small, are well maintained. There is a strong sense of community in the Village with those living there taking much pride in sustaining a good school system and excellent village services. With this, however, houses along with the associated property taxes are higher than average.
