3/1/2015Been here for 6 years and I agree with what you are saying. This place trapped me because I have a nice home here on the west side. Luckily, my immediate neighborhood is nice and quiet, but the surrounding area is crap and ghetto. Time to get out of here. Packing my things up and selling my house. Moving out of California. Everywhere you go in Cali it is run down, ghetto, and overcrowded.

3/1/2015Saw your review and had to say something. Personally I been in the area for 6 years and I know what is up. I suggest you take your family for a ride down Sierra Highway or Palmdale BLVD or on the East side of town and I don't see how you can consider that as very safe. Those areas do look like a post-apocalyptic warzone. Hard looking characters standing out on the street corners.. bordered up buildings with bars on the windows. "very decent Family-oriented community" I'm sorry but that statement is just flat-out misleading. Take a look on Megan's law website.. sexual registered offenders everywhere in this town. Plus you got people begging for money and approaching you left, right and center on a daily basis.
