I am the original owner of this almost 50 year old home in which we live in the foothills between Big and Little Tujunga Canyons. We have seen earthquakes, floods, and fires in between. Deer, raccoon, fox, coyote, bob cat and skunks. One true ring-tailed cat was spotted, one mountain lion and one California Wolverine among the rarer creatures. It is a wonderful place to live with a view of the valley to the southwest, and untouched mountains to the northeast. Freeway access is there, but not needed to obtain the necessities. Recreation, schools (except high schools & colleges), restaurants, horse trails, hiking trails, and all the shopping one needs to do, are all within 1 to 5 miles.
