real estate in Historic Cranbury Village, NJ Posted On: 2/21/2008 1:30:17 PM
As an area realtor for the past 15 years, I have seen the interest in Cranbury Township growing tremendously. It could be that families have heard about the highly-rated small elementary school and that we send our children to Princeton High School. Another reason is the location for those who need to commute north to NYC for northern NJ. The NE corridor train line is just 15 mins. away, and the NJ TPK is 10 mins away. These factors, combined with the beautiful small town village (which is a National Historic Zone) makes this town high on most buyer's priority list when searching for a home. I live in Cranbury, in a historic home and sent my daughter through the school system and on to college. If you're looking for the quintessential small town with ease to all the big cities, come to Cranbury! And call me to show you around!
