crap hole - 9/18/2010
never live here....this place is a dump. there is no segregation between poverty and middle class. crime rates are through the roof!! never felt secure in my house however, people growing up there did not see any flaws with monroe. i beg to differ. DO NOT LIVE THERE!!!
