i lived in chester for many years before i moved to oklahoma. I loved it there i think it is honestly the best place on earth!!!! I went to school there Freshman through Junior and when my mom told me we were moving i was totally devistated because chester is like the sh**t lol. the black to white ratio is very high there were like 90% more plack people there than white. there may be a few different races but the majority is black. i totally recommend making Chester, SC your home. you wont regret it. The only real problem is the violence and shootings in the town but that is mainly because of gangs.
