Highly conservative area with not much to do, and not much in the way of food, either unles you like TexMex and only TexMex. The three to four cities down here would make a decent population, but remain divided in part to reinforce a "class-based" system. Plenty of mosquitoes as the above poster said. Don't move here if you can help it.
