I am sorry but I have to disagree with what you said about ALL Californians. It is unfortunate that you have obviously had some bad experiences with people in the state, but lumping everyone into one category is prejudiced. There are bad people everywhere, even in Oregon. And I believe that you get back from the world what you give to the world.

San Rafael is about 20 miles north of beautiful San Francisco, and a very expensive place to live. After all, George Lucas makes this place his home! A beautiful part of the world, but overcrowded and crawling with SUVs carrying a single person who is chatting away on a cell phone.
