Just not the same -
4/17/2017My family and I have lived in Aventura for five years. It is one of the nicer suburbs of Miami. It is well kept, and has various city parks and trails that are a wonderful bonus. I have rated it 3 stars for two reasons:
1) increase in crime
2) ultra-high cost of living with limited housing options (very few single-family homes & mostly condos/apartments).
I would recommend families consider Sunny Isles, Coral Springs, Key Biscayne or Davie/ Plantation for these reasons.
