OUR CITY -
12/19/2007I don;t know if you have viited Oviedo to get a real view of our faur city but it is worth the trip.We are a small toen with bigtown ammenities like world class schooling and reacriation..our parks and sports facilitie some of which were built in hopes of getting World Games amre firt class.
The people are friendly /I have lived here for 15 years in a house that cost us 109.000$ to buikd 4 bedrooms three full baths living room dining room lagre eatin kitchen and family room...Our house is now worth 350.000$
The homes hold there value due to the fact that we are near both elementary middle and brandnew high schools all built within last 16 years elementary and newer for the upper grades..people who upgrade to bigger house have often not left the community simply gone to bigger home in Oviedo...
Check it out ...We love our town
Ps I am in the Riverside estates subdivision off state road 419 a part of Oviedo frequently overlooked ..:-)
