A great place to live -
6/27/2015I've lived in Evanston my whole life and started raising my family here. Alas we have to relocate, but our neighborhood is fantastic.
A little known gem, The Commons of Evanston, is a great place to live. Surrounded by million dollar homes, these townhouse/condos are affordable, 2 blks from lake, 2 blks from L & Metra, great school district.
We have a 3bdrm 2.5 bath, 1700 sqft, and our mortgage is $1700 a month. The complex does everything for you, from snow removal and landscaping, to window screen repair. Everyone is friendly and accommodating.
If you are looking to relocate, our unit will be on the market by 7/8, turn-key ready.
