what i think is hilarious about this is the fact that fort smith is in a southern state...north carolina is also a southern state. this makes no sense. fort smith is not dirty, except for in the bad part of town. everywhere has a "bad part" of town. it's actually a nice city. i live somewhat near it. as for rude people, you get that everywhere. we are actually famous for southern hospitality. as for being rude to people from north carolina, i find that hard to believe. i know many north carolinians that have moved in lately.

the weather here in the summer ranges from 90-110, so it gets pretty hot. spring and fall we have very comfortable weather!!
winter ranges from 25-70 degrees, it just depends. it doesn't snow a lot but sometimes it does.
it's also very humid!
