10/2/2014Though I never had the same experience with neighbors, I have heard this from a few other non-native residents, It disappoints me to hear this. I'm sorry that you are having such a negative experience. If you lived in my subdivision in west county, you would be quite pleased. The homeowners here are warm and welcoming regardless of whether you are native to St. Louis. I have, however, had a similar experience in two west county churches.

10/2/2014I am originally from the city of St. Louis. For the past twenty years, I have resided in west St. Louis county. I live in an established subdivision where the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I have found the Parkway school system to be fantastic!
I highly recommend west St. Louis county!
