Warren, Ohio has alot to offer but jobs are not one of them. Northeast area has nice neighborhoods. There are lots of foreclosed homes siting empty that fall prey to crime. We are surrounded with nicer communities and do have good schools. You are not going to rent any decent homes here for under $675. It's cheaper to buy. I live Northwest near Packard Music Hall and enjoy walking around my neighborhood morning or evening.

Lived in Anderson for 2 years and loved everything about it. Greenville is great to visit and see the sites.

I couldn't afford anything as a nurse in Decatur,Ala.I lived there for 6 yrs. If you don't have friends or family in the Decatur area, you are not going to enjoy the things they do have there. My utilities where high. I had a little house with higher payments then my big house here in Ohio. And crime rate is higher than stated on this page. Food cost more and school supplies are about $200 a year.
