4/16/2006they do have some very well rated schools here BUT my kid will never, ever, ever go to a public school here. lots of private schools that everyone tries to get their kids into.

4/16/2006incredibly escalating property prices due to New Yorkers deciding this is the '6 borough'. property taxes are a nightmare and what are they spending all that tax money on? certainly not to repair the streets!

climate not too bad -
4/16/2006humid, warm summers. lots of rain, but this is a coastal area. watch out for the nor'easters which can drop a LOT of snow on you. Does get cold here but not near as harsh as the midwest where I am from.
