Bruce must've gotten here on an unusually cold day. It is HOT HOT HOT here in the Summer. Yes, the marine layer does affect us late at night and in early morning. Bring sunblock and shorts. And occasionally, face toward the NE and say, "Barnegat Blummis Rules."

Great place to raise kids, nice restaurants and some good stores. A bit sparse on things like theaters etc.
Weather in Summer is HOT HOT HOT. Bring sunblock and shorts. But bring sweaters and long pants for evenings.
