He is currently earning a terminal doctorate from the University of North Texas, in applied gerontology (minority aging concentration). Kendall’s graduate studies has centered on the impact of “Religion/Spirituality as it Impacts the Functional Health of the Elderly.” He has authored two books with LeLu publishing titled “Religion & Healthy Aging” and “Senior Care 2.0” respectively.
Kendall grew up in a family business’s that included construction and automobile mechanics. This life knowledge has served as a foundation for community development, commercial construction and business development. As a retirement community developer he has professionally been responsible for the project management of 19 congregate living communities with over $150 million of new healthcare construction, a $3 million Senior Nutritional Center, $2.5 million Ambulatory Care Center, $2 million free standing Assisted Living facility, $5 million free standing Skilled Nursing facility, and a $150,000 pharmacy retail operation.
