Nice Place To Live, Except For The Heat -
6/7/2006The Woodlands is one of the nicest areas in the Houston area to live. Schools are very good, shopping is wonderful, and there is a lot to do in the greater Houston area. The only big down side, in our opinion, is the weather - hot and humid at least 7 months of the year. The only other 'negative' may be the landscape, which tends to be very flat, and not very interesting. We moved here from the Bay Area, so the transition was a little hard regarding weather and landscape.
