Elmwood Village in Buffalo has the nicest people, very walkable and lots to do year round. Great place to live.

Please note Paul does not live in Buffalo and may not appreciate city living, having lived in other cities Buffalo ( Elmwood Village) is the safest .

This part of Buffalo, Elmwood Village, has very friendly people, a very walkable lifestyle, beautiful parks and great culture.
I have lived in Boca Raton Fl, Philly PA, Chicago IL, and Tampa FL and I feel the safest I ever have in Elmwood Village Buffalo NY.
