There are some very nice things about Southern Florida which is a given because of its populatity; however, the cost doesn't justify the value in my opinion.

Live in the Hollywood Lakes district which is the best in the city but small in size. Our huge tax bills go to fund the rest of the city at the detriment of our neighborhood. District 1 would be nice if we broke away from the city.
