MONTCLAIR/ WEST SIDE....GOOD OR NOT? -
2/20/2016Hello! I am looking to relocate to Pensacola from Ohio. My agent I am working with is unable to point me in a certain direction when it comes to good or bad neighborhoods. I have found some very affordable houses online in the Montclair neighborhoods and on the west side of Pensacola. I would love to get get someones opinion on those areas. Someone who lives down there. I would greatly appreciate it....thank you in advance! :o)

1/21/2016I grew up in Marion Ohio. The pros are the cost of living is low, we have decent and safe schools in my opinion. For the most part it is a safe and quiet town. Cons are that there is nothing to do here for fun but the skating ring and the bowling alley. Plus the weather is horrible. I can not wait to leave. Its not a bad place but if you want more out of life and want to do things in life then dont come here.
