Raised in the Sleepy Hollow neighborhood of Orinda and a graduate of Miramonte High, there is not a road in Lamorinda I am unacquainted with. As a 30 sum year resident of Orinda and Moraga I am well acquainted with every aspect of the school systems, surrounding neighborhoods, and have intimate knowledge of local building codes, structures and town information.
After attending college In San Diego I went to work in the business of remodeling, building, designing, and planning fine homes, apartment buildings, townhouses and home remodel. As a site foreman and project manager for well known commercial and residential builders, an assistant analyst for architectural design, and currently assist in our own building and development company, I bring my expertise to my clients in design, construction, the permitting process and project management. Being a key player in maintaining Kenwood Properties* I pass my knowledge on to my clients. Along with the family owned business we having been building, developing, buying and selling real estate for over 45 years in the industry. I utilize this culmination of knowledge and experience to deliver a higher level of service to my clientele.
I have attained the knowledge through all aspects of residential and commercial development from architectural design, framing and flooring, to kitchen remodel, which is extremely valuable in the analysis and purchase of a residence, or to best ready your home for sale.
