I found that the water would give me a bad case of diarhea. nothing more unpleasent than that. I lived there four two years and after a awhile I figured maybe it was the water causing my diarhea as soon as I cut out the tap water my system went back to normal. still to this day any time I visit and accidentally drink the water it gets me again.

Most of the year seems to be overcast especially during the winter months the lake effect causes clouds over the Grand Rapids area often. As for the summer months a 100% humidity is not uncommon, a remark on the page stated that higher humidity = more comfortable... not in my experience, higher humidity the harder it is to sweat the harder it is to get cool.
