5/25/2009We are retired...we are California natives. Last year we bought a new vacation home in Meritage Family area. We enjoy an all age community. The homes start at $119,000. The folks in Casa Grande are friendly and helpful. The Parkway Mall across the way has everything ,one could wish for Movie complex , Restaurants,Target all the ones still in business. We are close to the I-10, for ease of travel. We live about 6 months in Arizona, when the weather is the best. The Neighborhood Watch program, is very helpful, and keeps things safe. We have a 5 acre water park, with an association fee of $255. quarterly. Convenient, between Phoenix and Tucson.
