8/22/2012I live in North Miami Beach right where Aventura and Sunny Isles Beach kiss each other through the Intracoastal. I bike, swimm, barbeque, go to the Bassel Art show, the boat show, the basketball games, the horse races, the Calle Ocho festival, the Oleta Park for cayaking although it is famous mostly for Mountain bike trails. I have friends who love boating, fishing, etc. Close enough to South Beach and the "party Scene" but far enough not to bother me with the tourist crowds and the loud noise. I welcome northerners and foreigners to our cities. Please continue visiting us, purchasing properties and keeping our local economy strong. Home prices are bouncing back much sooner than expected and you will be shocked if you expected to find 2010 prices or inventory. I love my life here and I recommend you consider living in Aventura, Sunny Isles, North Miami Beach or Hallandale Beach Florida. In this cosmopolitan area you can practice your Hebrew, Russian, Polish, Spanish, Portugese, Italian, French... and the food choices are as varied as the people that live here. There are property prices for all incomes and tastes here and the beach is for everyone to enjoy. Great parks! Dog friendly as well. Welcome to Florida, please come and stay :)
