I am married and mother to 2 kids. We are looking into relocating to a more warmer place but we do not want to give up all the nice things that we have in MN. Like good schools, awesome healthcare and family oriented communities.

I think MN is a great place for retiering people or for people with health problems. There is practically a Doctor's office every few miles away and usually you can't get it right away with out having an appointment. This is great for emergencies.
