This is not an easy city to live in. I don't know where you get your data for housing costs, but it's far from accurate. There are no $470.00 studios. People pay $600.00  More

It is not anything like I remember. Keep in mind your waiter most likely has a doctorate. Depending on your lifestyle....it's a blue spot in a RED state.   More

Visited as tourists since 1980. Bought a victorian here in 2015. Thought this was awesome. Turned out awesome on the negative scale. House that old certainly needs work  More
