Rugby, ND Schools

Rugby, ND is a small rural town located in the northern region of North Dakota. It has a population of approximately 2,876 people and is known as the geographical center of North America. In terms of education, Rugby is home to two public schools: Rugby High School and Central Middle School. Both of these schools are highly rated by the North Dakota Department of Public Instruction and provide educational services to students from elementary school through grade twelve. The curriculum at both schools focuses on providing students with a strong foundation in core subjects such as reading, writing, math, science, social studies, foreign language, and technology. Additionally, there are numerous extra-curricular activities offered such as sports teams and clubs for students to get involved in outside of the classroom. All teachers strive to create an environment where learning can occur with enthusiasm and commitment while preparing students for college or other post-secondary opportunities. The community values its schools highly and works together to ensure that all children receive a quality education that will prepare them for successful futures.
