Clint, TX is a small town located in El Paso County with a population of 855. The area is served by the Clint Independent School District and provides educational services to serve the needs of its students. I would NEVER live in a town of only 900 people who knew there was an atrocity going on right in their own town and did NOTHING to alleviate the pain and suffering it  More
