Pilot Point, Texas is a small town located in Denton County, with a population of just under 5,000 people. Despite its small size, Pilot Point is home to several schools that provide quality educational opportunities for the community’s students. There are three elementary schools, one middle school and one high school all within the Pilot Point Independent School District. The local schools have excellent ratings and receive great reviews from parents and students alike. All of the schools also offer extracurricular activities such as sports teams and clubs that help to create a well rounded education for their students. The faculty and staff at these schools strive to not only provide a quality education but also to foster an environment where students feel safe and supported. In addition to the public schools in town, there are also two private religious-based schools nearby as well as access to higher education through North Central Texas College located about 10 miles away in Gainesville. All in all, Pilot Point is a great place for students of all ages to receive an excellent education.
