| 1/20/2010 | parent | My Daughter Has attended Wyndotte since the 3rd grade. I appreciate the job the school has done in addition to what we do at home to encourage and support her efforts as a student. We are so proud of her... |
| 9/27/2008 | parent | I was very impressed with the teachers and principal at Back-to-School Night. Mrs. Costa is a wonderful principal. This school is dedicated to making sure that all students succeed. I am so impressed with the friendly professionalism of the entire staff. Just check out their school webpage. Their Mission, Vision, and Goals say it all. I'm so glad I chose Wyandotte Avenue Elementary. |

| 12/19/2007 | parent | Okay school. Love all the activities and safety there plus its near a neighborhood so easy to walk to school |
| 9/15/2005 | staff | I have been to other schools in the community but never to one that has so many dedicated teachers willing to go the extra mile to help a student succeed. This school gets a bad rap for its location but I find it is one of the best schools in the area. They offer an instrumental music program five days per week, an after school program that offers homework support, computer usage for math or reading support, and recreational opportunities for our children. Wyandotte Avenue School also offers after school sports in the area of volleyball, flag football, basketball and track for both boys and girls. Parent involvement is low but it does not take away from the great school it is. I only wish more community members would realize the quality of education this school offers. |
