Additionally, the teachers are not accredited. I am more at ease now that they attend a different school that is cleaner, in better shape and taught by accredited instructors. |

We decided to put the kids in the LEUSD school system and we are so glad we made the right choice. Both my son and his friend were held back a grade because they were a year behind in all academic areas. The children are much happier now and they love getting to play on a real playground and they enjoy the nicer facility. BCC is not an accredited school and the teachers are not credentialed like public school teachers have to be. Why would anyone pay $ to attend a school when free public schools are a better education? Your child can learn about God through your church without having to attend a private school. I am so blessed to be a part of the LEUSD school system and I wish I would have made the switch sooner. I hope this helps someone make the right decision for their child's future. |
| 6/8/2011 | parent | Great school I had ever seen in my life. God first, and academic second.Challenging Abeka corriculum, very strong academics. I absolutely have zero complain about the school. Zero tolerance to bulling, and being a small school, we are like family depending on how much one want to get involved. There are many opportunities to get to know each other. The school is dirty but I go home rejoicing with a car full of sand and dirty uniform but with 3 CLEAN MINDS. Best gift I had ever given to my 3 children is to enroll them here. |

| 10/5/2009 | parent | Excellent school, with great teachers who are loving and caring. All four of my children have attended Bundy from preschool through 8th grade. All excel in academics and have gone into high school with solid academic foundations that were well above state norms. The farm-like atmosphere is not for everyone, but for those who enjoy giving children the chance to explore and be 'kids' it is an awesome experience. Yes, they will come home dirty,but they will be tired and happy and will acquire wonderful memories. The personal concern the teachers show is a testament to the dedication and conviction of the staff, and I highly respect and am indebted to this schools dedication to providing a unique, above average educational and academic experience for my children. |

(since preschool). we all love it very much! the teachers all know your children by name and each child is loved and cared for the same. i really like the god centered environment and the abeka curriculum is challenging, but my kids are up to it. the price is very reasonable and we feel right at home. although the buildings could use alittle updating, the facility is functional and i prefer a great education for a good price with a not as attractive school verses a great education for a higher price with a cosmetically beautiful school site. the kids love the farm look and all of the fun dirt and water there is to offer. where a kid can be a kid! |
| 10/9/2008 | parent | My daughters have done outstanding, scoring in the top percentailes on the standford tests, Are excited about going to school, and manage to do all this with out bringing home a ton of homework. I have been happy with the individualized teaching and the fact that they let the kids progress at their own pace, not trying to keep everyone at the same rate. I have 3 daughters who have hit every grade offered, and overall am extremely happy. The price is reasonable as well and the staff is responsive. Trent Hilderbrand |
| 8/11/2008 | parent | We attended this school from 2005-2007. We left being very disappointed with the condition of the classrooms as well as the faculty. Some very disturbing things occurred between staff and students and the way the school handled the situations was appalling. Unfortunately the 'farm like' appearance on the outside also means dirty classrooms with leaky roofs and dirty bathrooms with spiders in them. We have since switched to another local christian school, that change was the best choice we made. |

Class size is usually small, but no guarantee to the max in each class. My child has attended this school for 5 years and although we enjoy the homey atmosphere and mostly Christian teachings - the politics are hazardous to the children's education and we'll be moving on to another school. |

All teachers and staff show tremedous amounts of love and concern for each child. Lot's of hands on activities. Country setting with lots of animals for the kids to interact with. Abeka curriculum is awesome and is followed through in all subjects. Parents have lots of opportunities for involvement. Art, music, p.E., Cheerleading, hockey, football, basketball, and baseball teams. Is truely the best decision my husband and I have made for our daughters academic and social growth. |

I am continually impressed by the strong academics that they give the children but still balancing it with activities to boost their social skills. His teachers have children that attend the school in other grades and sometimes I think that they can get a bit distracted when they are visiting in the classroom, but it is also heartwarming to see how close they are. |

| 3/23/2005 | parent | My daughter who is very outgoing loves this school because there are farm animals to play with, a creek to play in, and lots of room to run around in. They use Abeka curriculum which I like but I think it's a bit too much. The school makes it a point to finish all of the books and I've noticed this doesn't leave alot of room for getting the kids involved in discussions or voicing their opinions. This is my daughter's 4th school and we both like this one the best. She says the work is challenging but it's worth it because the school then lets the kids be kids when they go out to play - it's not restrictive. It is a Christian school and they really practice what they preach. They support a couple of orphanages in Mexico which they are always getting the kids involved to help. |
